Seoyoun Huh graduated from Ewha Womans University in Korea and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison, Wisconsin, where she participated in Thomas Tang moot court competition and was a managing editor of Wisconsin International Law Journal.
